Summarize the article in a paragraph, OR (in the case of a political cartoon), identify what it is important to know to understand the cartoon, the symbols used, the subject(s) covered, and whether you believe the cartoon to be a liberal or conservative point-of-view.

The article can involve an arrest, trial, or event that involves this civil liberty. Summarize and write an opinion or observation regarding the facts. You can search the Internet using a search engine, or search newspapers, or newspaper websites, such as the Los Angeles Times (LINK), Be sure to print or clip out the article.
